Our Graduate Program:
Our Graduate Program is now open for newly graduated Registered Nurses (within 18 months of graduation). Places in our Program are offered on a full-time basis, working 38 hours per week.
Note: If you are unable to commit to 38 hours a week, we may be able to consider a commitment of a minimum of 30 hours a week pending placement availability.
Our Program is designed to consolidate your clinical skills and leadership capability in a structured, supportive, and caring environment whilst providing you with mentorship and exposure to the many rewarding facets of a nursing career in aged care.
There are 2 intake dates available in 2024:

To be eligible for the Program you will have the following:
Bachelor of Nursing, with an AHPRA registration High level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities Solid understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role Well-developed time management skills Able to commit to the 12-month duration of the ProgramAbout the Care Home - Bupa Mt Sheridan
