The Opportunity

Join our team as a Cloud Architect and contribute to the upliftment of our infrastructure assets to effectively support the agency's goals. Reporting to the Senior Manager Cloud, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering the Future Fund’s infrastructure architecture, ensuring alignment with the current and future business strategy. This role involves overseeing decisions on policies, principles, services, roadmaps, standards, guidelines, and solutions to enhance the Future Fund's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Cloud Architect, you'll contribute to defining the infrastructure technology architecture vision and strategy, driving technical discussions, and aligning with the broader Technology Strategy. You'll oversee highly complex infrastructure projects, analyze, design, develop, and maintain the current and future state infrastructure architecture. Additionally, you'll contribute to setting standards, policies, and procedures, provide leadership and mentorship, and ensure governance and oversight of infrastructure solutions.

About You

To excel in this role, you should be a qualified technology professional with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with extensive experience in infrastructure architecture, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles within the financial services industry. You should have a thorough knowledge of key solutions and vendors operating in the infrastructure domain, particularly focusing on cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. Strategic thinking, innovation, outcome-driven mindset, business acumen, and strong collaboration skills are essential attributes for success in this position. If you're ready to drive the agency's infrastructure architecture to new heights and contribute to its technological advancement.
