Northline are seeking MR or HR Driver to join our Townsville team. Ideally you will enjoy working in a small team, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong multi-tasking skills. This is a casual position working afternoon shifts

As a MR or HR Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery and pickup of freight in the local metro area as well as loading and unloading a variety of freight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Local pickup and delivery in local and regional Townsville area using company owned vehicle;
  • Loading and unloading a range of general, over-sized, blended and long length interstate freight on mezzanine floor trailers, linehaul trailers, local vehicles and containers.
  • Manual handling;
  • Ensure yard/working areas are kept organised and tidy.

As a successful candidate you will:

  • Current HR Licence;
  • Current Forklift Licence (LF);
  • Previous experience in a similar industry is highly regarded.
  • Be able to manually handle freight up to 20kgs;
  • Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.
