We’re looking for a marketing superstar to join our dynamic team, driving fast-paced creative marketing and event activities.
As our Creative Marketing Growth Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, and instrumental in shaping our brand and product marketing strategies. Working closely with NEC Australia’s Vice President of Marketing and Communications and other Marcomms team members, you will develop creative content and outcome-driven product solution marketing campaigns.
In this role, you’ll manage the development of integrated brand and product campaigns, social and digital content, and a sprinkling of event marketing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on conceptual thinking, loves to innovate, and has a knack for thinking outside the box.
You'll make an impact by:
Managing the creative development of integrated brand and product campaigns, social and digital content. Planning, budgeting, coordinating, and executing delegated events and sponsorships. Developing standout creative content through campaign and event collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns including content development, target audience identification, nurture-digital campaign planning, and media assessment. Building brand awareness and demand generation campaigns promoting our products, solutions and services to prospects and customers. Analysing campaign performance and reporting on key marketing activities and outcomes.Who you’ll work with
Our Marketing and Communications team is a key shared service within NEC Australia, responsible for brand, product, service and solution marketing, advertising and performance marketing.
You will work across NEC’s product portfolios, cross-functional business teams (Technology & Innovation, Sales, Delivery and Shared Services) and the Executive leadership team to deliver and execute impactful campaigns, content and events. This role reaches, influences and positions the business to current and potential customer segments.

What you will bring to the team
7+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally with some B2B experience Experience with online Content Management Systems High proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (desirable but not essential) Sound understanding of professional corporate event management and fundamental project management concepts Ability to drive social media to achieve brand and performance marketing outcomes Excellent administrative skills, including strong quality orientation and attention to detail Highly organised and ability to work within tight deadlines, with excellent multi-tasking abilities, including the ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously and Financial aptitude and ability to manage event budgets Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as stakeholder and vendor management skills Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, agencies and other third-party service providersYou'll thrive here if…
