Milwaukee Tools is currently looking for a Learning Facilitator to join the Customer Learning Team working from our Innovation Centre, located at our Notting Hill office. The primary focus of this role is to assist with developing structured product and professional sales Learning programs, to increase the capability of our internal and external distribution network.
This newly created role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate to develop and deliver training content to a diverse audience. It requires someone to take ownership, who has the ability to build relationships with our external stakeholders, who is self-directed, takes initiative and who is keen to learn and grow.
What your day to day will look like:
- Plan, co-ordinate and deliver product, application and sales Learning throughout Australia.
- Organise and facilitate regular store staff product Learning sessions.
- Assist with the development and execution for the Learn & Earn Milwaukee online learning platform for end users.
- Identify and implement opportunities for Milwaukee to improve its quality of training.
- Developing and maintaining e-learning content through Company LMS, taking into account a diverse participant group.
- Consistently demonstrate attitudes and behaviours aligned to the Milwaukee Way.
- Some travel interstate as required.
What you will bring to the role:
- Strong attention to detail, takes pride in the quality of work.
- Well developed presentation skills.
- Able to thrive in high pressure and fast paced environments.
- Strong planning and organisational skills effectively - manages conflicting priorities.
- An effective communicator (verbal and written), able to adapt approach in response to different personalities and communication approaches.
