About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Relief Community Manager to provide Operational support across our Communities in Southeast QLD.
This is a multi-site opportunity that will be based in the Southside of Brisbane, Logan or the Gold Coast, and will work across several sites in Southeast QLD. The Relief Community Manager is responsible for relieving our Community Managers in times of absence, including the day-to-day management of the Community, asset enhancement, financial and people management, resident satisfaction, risk and legislative compliance.
This is a role that will require you to have your own vehicle, however we do pay a travel allowance. You will also be expected to live away from home depending on the destination.

Key Accountabilities
- Ensure the Community is always providing quality services to residents in line with industry best practice and/or as directed by management
- Ensure the Community is presented to a high standard by attending to cleaning / upkeep and Community building/kitchen cleanliness and compliance
- Sales experience
- Manage staff, residents and visitors who attend the Community
- Conduct and report on site audits to ensure the appropriate standards are being maintained
- Provide support to residents by ensuring their health and wellbeing is a key focus
- Actively strive to increase occupancy in line with budgets
- Engage key community contacts to promote the Community and drive business outcomes.
- Support the resident community in the delivery of resident-initiated social groups and events
About You
- Current "C" class drivers’ licence (site dependent)
- Excellent administrative, financial controls and practices
- Ability to identify problem areas and to use initiative and effective communication skills to resolve these issues
- Ability to respond well to emergency situations
- Confident and proficient at reasoning with people
- Ability to work without supervision and problem solve
