Job Description
Are you an allied health professional with experience in the rehab/return to work industry? We are looking for a Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, Rehab Counsellor or Psychologist) to join our team in Victoria on a full-time basis

About the role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in the provision of workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health. As part of the team, you’ll support people to get well and working.

As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
- Designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
- Assisting injured employees job seek and find new employment
- Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
- Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical skills. Including but Initial assessments, Vocational Assessments and Transferable Skills Analysis
- Identify and address psychosocial barriers to employment for injured workers.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring to the role
- Qualifications & aligning registration
- Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is needed)
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
