The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Barista to join our team in a permanent full-time (Monday- Friday) position.

Based in the Perth CBD, you’ll be working in our corporate in-house café and in addition to making an excellent cup of coffee you will enjoy a multifaceted role where you will be responsible for:

Overseeing daily management of the café: coffee preparation, sales, ordering and new innovations. Working alongside the Corporate Chef, to provide a well-balanced, nutritional and tasty food offering. Managing the café communications, documentation, financial reconciliation and reports. Providing ongoing coffee training, support and knowledge to the team Assisting the Client Services Manager with administration and reporting tasks Assisting the servery, reception and kitchen as required, including occasional after hours support.

To be successful in this position you will have:

Demonstrable experience as a Barista Experience using Microsoft office suite (i.e. word, excel, powerpoint etc) Strong communication skills Proactive and friendly attitude
