Artisan is looking for a Client Experience Consultant to play a pivotal role in cultivating exceptional experiences for our clients and clinicians. As the first point of contact, you will have a natural ability to build an instant rapport and drive a desired outcome for our clients and clinic. Your keen interest in skin health will allow you to actively promote suitable products and treatments to clients, and you will truly enjoy supporting them on their skin journey.

About You

Your day to day includes delivering exceptional client experiences and building relationships with clients. You are eager to succeed, enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and want to develop skills to progress your career.

  • Proven experience in a similar front-of-house role, including scheduling client appointments, answering client queries and recommending suitable treatments and products
  • Excellent client communication skills, including face-to-face, phone calls and responding to emails
  • An ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients in a premium environment 
  • Experience maintaining accurate client records to ensure an effective and compliant client database
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure our clinic is always presented to the highest standard
  • Proven ability to work autonomously with competing priorities
