You’ll be hands-on in delivering personalized care to residents of a Residential Care Home, making sure their needs are met with compassion and dedication. About You
Current First-Aid certificate Sound interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to relate to people from different cultures, backgrounds and circumstances. Knowledge of Aged Care Standards Knowledge of aged care related issuesEssential Criteria
Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position. Ability to use discretion and maintain strict confidentiality Proven ability to work well within a team environment and meet deadlines and timeframes. Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health related field. Knowledge and commitment to safe working conditions and to customer service principles.About the Region
