Our client is renowned across Western Australia as a standout in the local Supermarket industry, with an award-winning reputation, who are now looking for a new Bakery Manager and Deli Manager for their Wembley location Join a leading supermarket chain as they service Western Australia with only the freshest product as you lead their Bakery or Deli department.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team within your department to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain department standards, and meet performance goals.
• Inventory Management
• Monitoring & managing merchandising and displays
• Ensuring the quality and and safety of all products within your department
• Ensuring the department performs financially
• Stay informed of product and customer trends to appropriately innovate within the department
• Lead, support and implement company wide initiatives to build on sales

Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role
• Have a solid understanding of retail
• Understanding of local marketplace and seasonal trends
• Proficient in food safety standards and hold a Food Handling Certificate
• Have the ability to work in a busy local environment
