Job Description

Client Advisors are Kieser’s concierge service. We’re energetic, positive, friendly and outgoing people with exceptional customer service, sales and communication skills. We have an A+ attitude, an eye for detail and are the go-to person to answer questions and solve problems for our clients and colleagues.  

As a Client Advisor you will:  

  • Welcome every client with enthusiasm and care
  • Deliver outstanding client experiences
  • Coordinate appointments / manage clinic diary  
  • Process client payments (EFT, HiCaps, cash, online payments) 
  • Promote Kieser’s services 
  • Provide administrative support to our team and the clinic  
  • Host our clients like they’re your favourite dinner guests 

We are looking for someone who thrives working in a busy, client-facing environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to join a high-performing team, that is interested in healthcare and living an active lifestyle.  


Qualifications

  • Essential: Year 12 graduate 
  • Essential: Experience using software systems and computers 
  • Preferred: Experience processing card payments & cash handling 
  • Preferred: 1+ year experience in customer service, hosting or reception 
  • Preferred: Experience in medical, allied health or front of house hospitality environments


Additional Information

  • Ongoing role 
  • Client Advisor shift times in clinic are between between Mon-Fri 7.30am – 8pm 
  • Salary is aligned to tiers in the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 – position begins at Level 3
