Massage Therapist

We are looking for a Healthful Massage therapist to support our clients in their Healthful wellness journey. The role is to support our clients with a range of massage services - ranging from remedial, relaxation and sport massage.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Massage therapist to work within our wellness space to provide care to our customers. This candidate plays an important role in the clients journey at Healthful.

The Healthful Massage therapist will have a love for all things healing via massage therapy, as well as be motivated to educate their clients on supporting treatments and support post-session. This will also include finding ways to educate clients through content and social media

A gentle supportive approach towards clients will mean this candidate will develop a nurturing connection with their clients to ensure long-term support and longevity of the clients journey.

The role is between 10-15 hours per week with the possibility for more.

In this role you will:

• Conduct massage treatments within your realm of training
• Supply admin team with blogs, massage tips for social media and work with the team.
• At times answer calls and book appointments when required
• Manage emails, queries and customer support around massage
• Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment.
• Prepare client files and documents for your clients
• Check-in calls to clients after treatments

Outstanding candidates will have:

• Experience in a Massage role for more than 2 years
• Strong communication skills
• Confident understanding of anatomy and client needs
• Desire to deliver high levels of customer service
• Experience with a range of massage modalities
• A keen interest in working in a team environment
• A passion for educating clients through social media, workshops and clinical consulting
• Be available Tuesdays till late and Saturdays.

• We are an Integrative Wellness Clinic located in Glenelg, offering infrared sauna, naturopathy, acupuncture, massage and craniosacral therapy. We offer a relaxed, calming space to work from with plenty of support and on the job training where needed.
