About you and the role

We are looking for a Leading Hand to manage the fit out works for the $300m new build of the Shoalhaven Hospital. Working under the Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of HSEQ standards on site and managing the subcontractors. 

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

  • Review risk assessments. 
  • Provide and take leadership responsibility in health, safety and environment management.
  • Work under the direction of the site supervisor. 
  • Coordinate and undertake construction work. 

What we are looking for: 

  • Carpentry trade.
  • Previous fit out experience on large scale projects. 
  • White card.
  • Valid drivers licence. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
