WHS Consultant - Perth Office

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced WHS professional to join our Perth team. In this role, you will deliver a range of WHS solutions to clients, with opportunities for travel across Australia. You will define and implement Work Health and Safety programs, effectively communicating strategies and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope and provide bespoke WHS services including audits, risk assessments, and training.
  • Lead projects within budget and timelines, ensuring adherence to internal processes.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to expand business opportunities.
  • Promote the Strategic Risk Consulting brand.
  • Engage in continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree in Health, Safety, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Health and Safety role.
  • Understanding of risk management principles.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and OHS auditor accreditation are desirable.
  • Current driver’s license and willingness to travel.

  • Solutions-focused with strong project delivery skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
