    Salary: $80k – $210k FTE per annum + Super + PD + Bonus + Travel Allowance

    Job Description:
    We are seeking multiple highly motivated and skilled Speech Pathologists to join the team. As a Speechy, you will work with clients of all ages, from children to seniors, and with various diagnoses and conditions. You will use evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

    Responsibilities:
    * Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine the patient's needs and goals.
    * Develop individualised treatment plans that address the patient's needs and goals.
    * Implement treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
    * Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
    * Educate clients and their families on the therapy process and techniques.
    * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
    * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
    * Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients throughout their therapy.

    Mandatory Requirements:

    * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
    * Current registration with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (SPA)
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    * Strong organizational and time-management skills
    * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    * Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license (travel allowances provided)
