The Position: 

Here at TerryWhite Chemmart Narangba (we prefer to call ourselves the N'BA Allstars, by the way), we are a team who absolutely love what we do We share one another's successes, encourage each other to develop, work together and have some fun along the way We are also "houseproud" and love to see us winning competitions against our sister stores. TerryWhite Chemmart Narangba is a well-loved, locally focused, community pharmacy, filling approximately 500 scripts per day with multiple Health service streams on offer. You will join our permanent Pharmacists, Dispensary Technicians plus the general Pharmacy team.

We endeavour to create a roster that works for all, so those able to work till 6pm some evenings will be strongly considered.

The Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

Drive Clinical Excellence: Ensure precise dispensing of medications, maintain high standards of practice, and we encourage you to pursue specialised clinics in areas of interest such as Men's Health, Diabetes Management or Endometriosis.

Enhance Customer Engagement: Implement forward dispensing practices, allowing pharmacists to remain engaged with customers during the dispensing process. Offer expert advice on prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and health concerns through our Care Clinics, ensuring personalised service and fostering stronger patient relationships.

Embrace Continuous Learning: Access industry-leading MasterClass sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Champion Safety: Adhere to all TerryWhite Chemmart, QCPP, and relevant policies and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and patients.

Leverage Innovative Tools: Embrace and effectively utilise new technologies, such as Minfos for pharmacy management, the myTWC app for online bookings and script management, and uphold clear expectations for their integration to streamline operations and improve patient experience.

About You: 

You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care. Love to be recognised with continuous appreciation from our patients in the form of thank-you treats Want to add value to your community by directly impacting your customers and your colleagues.  Desire work life balance and a flexible work environment (yes this is possible).  Seeking an easy commute, free onsite parking and friendly faces. 

To be considered for this role you must have a current a General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA and experience leading a pharmacy or dispensing team.
