What you'll do
- The Commissioner will be required to carry out commissioning of new, refurbished and existing refrigeration systems for projects
- Co-ordinate the day-to-day and site specific aspects of the commissioning portion of the installation of commercial refrigeration systems and will liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required in new and refurbished stores.
- Commissioning of all refrigeration plant and equipment including but not limited to. TCO2 systems, satellite systems, Controller systems (i.e. Danfoss, Emerson controllers), mechanical controls, refrigerated fixtures etc.
- Review site specific documents at project inception to mitigate against issues or omissions throughout the project – Engineering, site plans, and electrical schematics – submission of I/O lists for control schedules – as well as any other documentation as deemed necessary.
What you'll bring
- Trade qualification – Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- ESV Restricted Electrical Licence, Arctick Refrigerant Handling Licence, Construction Induction (White Card) and Driver’s Licence
- Previous experience within the supermarket refrigeration industry
- Supermarket commissioning experience and transcritical C02 plant experience highly desirable
- High level verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and good time management and organisational skills
