Significant fresh food retail knowledge Experience in Fruit and Vegetable Management is essential Expertise in leading and managing staff Ordering and cost control expertise An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations Accurate staff rostering Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach Unparalleled commitment to customer service Excellent communication skills Ability to liaise with both staff and management A flair for merchandising Strong leadership and delegation skills Ability to coach, train and performance manage staff Commitment to work health and safety standards
