ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Optical Dispenser, you will deliver high level customerservice whilst being informative, and providing personalised,quality optical services in a professional environment. With yourprevious experience as an Optical Dispenser you will be skilled inassisting our customers with all their eye care solutions from ourrange of high quality and fashionable products.

As a member of the Optical team you may be required to work acombination of day, evening and weekend shifts. You should possessa reliable vehicle and current driver's license but mostimportantly enjoy the variety that comes with working across anumber of our locations. As such, our optical roles will suitindividuals who are highly flexible, reliable, and adaptable, andhave good availability.

In this role, you will:

provide friendly and professional customer service andadvicesuggest products that meet customers needs and close thesaleexplain how products work & demonstrating how to use productsbe committed to attending regular trainingbe able to operate a cash register & EFTPOS Facilities.manage inventory and ensure displays are merchandisedappropriately be flexible to work at different locations

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You will have well developed communication and interpersonalskills, excellent personal and professional presentation, beenergetic and be dedicated to providing exceptional customerservice.

Experience, skills & attributes:

outstanding customer service skillscash handling & EFTPOS experienceexcellent communication & interpersonal skillsability to work flexible hourswillingness to supply or undergo a police check prior tocommencementideally have a Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing, or awillingness to undertake relevant on the job traininghave a current driver's license and reliable motor vehicle
