The Role

We are looking to employ a full-time qualified and experienced Marketing Specialist to promote our business and professional course offerings, especially over the digital platform leading to increased enrolments.

To be considered for this role you must have;

  1. Australian Recognised Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
  2. Over 2 years of Australian experience in a Marketing Specialist role. Preference for experience over a digital platform.
  3. Intermediate level with online tools such as Canvas.
  4. Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO. 
  5. Specialist training and experience on a digital platform will be an advantage.

Desirable Attributes;

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Fluency in one or more languages
  • Willingness to travel interstate

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research for the company’s business and professional course offerings. Identify trends, funding opportunities, and challenges in the domestic market. 
  • Providing advice on strategies related to promotion, product development, and marketplace to increase student enrolments and offer new in-demand courses.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies by providing ideas obtained through market research.
  • Identifying market opportunities by conducting comprehensive market research.
  • Analysing primary and secondary data to develop marketing strategies and plans.
  • Maximising student enrolments through the design, implementation, and evaluation of marketing policies and programs. 
  • Ensuring the strategies and all promotional material are compliant with ASQA standards and state departments.
  • Manage all aspects of social media – Instagram, Facebook, and website ensuring ongoing digital content promoting the company’s business and professional course offerings.
  • Working with online digital content creators to create content for the company’s brand and course offerings.
  • Managing marketing budgets for Google, Facebook, and Instagram ads.
  • Manage and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and enrolment strategies.
  • Developing advertising strategies and campaigns to support growth in student enrolments.
