Senior Recruitment Consultant – Perth, Australia (Mining)

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for clients in the exciting Mining sector. From sourcing and engaging candidates to managing client relationships and ensuring a smooth hiring process, you will contribute to the growth and success of our business. What You’ll Be Doing :

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for clients in the growing Mining space – from candidate sourcing to final placement.
  • Candidate Engagement: Utilize various sourcing methods to engage and secure top talent in the industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Hiring Process: Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process for both clients and candidates.
  • Business Growth: Contribute to the expansion and success of the Renewables and Mining desk.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated team that supports your growth and career progression.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the energy, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Track Record: Proven success in managing recruitment processes and building solid client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage both clients and candidates.
  • Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously while being an active team player.
  • Organized: Strong time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks and clients effectively.
  • Passion: A drive to succeed and contribute to a rapidly growing industry.
