Fresh food retail knowledge Fruit and Vegetable experience is essential Expertise in supervising staff An understanding of ordering, cost control expertise and gross profit Accurate staff rostering will be an advantage Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach Unparalleled commitment to customer service Excellent communication skills  Ability to liaise with both staff and management A flair for merchandising Strong leadership and delegation skills Commitment to occupational health and safety standards
