Senior Advisor, Workplace Relations

people2people are recruiting an exciting opportunity a Senior Advisor, Workplace Relations to work for a State Government Department. This is an initial 3 month assignment, with potential to extend, offering an immediate start for the right candidate. Located in Doncaster, offering hybrid work arrangements.
Duties:
- Assist with the end to end re-deployment process
- Research and investigate queries from managers, employees and unions
- Identify and report on emerging employee relations issues
- Support and coach managers in the prevention and resolution of industrial disputes
About you:
- Experience dealing with complex and sensitive employee relations issues
- Experience providing strategic industrial relations advice
- You are an experienced HR Generalist with knowledge of redeployment processes
- Previous experience working in State Government is highly regarded
- A valid police check or ability to obtain a national police check
- Must be triple vaccinated or willing to get the 3rd vaccine
You Will Be Rewarded With:
- Competitive hourly rates
- Initial 3 month assignment with potential to extend
