The position entails advising on HR policy and process across the company and ensure effective utilisation of HR to add value to company objectives. Partner with leaders to provide a full range of general HR services and activities, to proactively influence overall workforce culture and engagement. To drive our purpose forward we are seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Adviser to join our team.
You will be joining a collaborative and results driven team who love nothing better than celebrating success and having a laugh. Working across both existing and new campaigns, your strong attention to detail and ability to track and delve into the results is critical to your success.
This role is pivotal to the continued success of our business and will suit someone who is passionate about outcomes. You will enjoy pushing campaign boundaries to see what they are capable of delivering, understanding which levers to pull for optimal success.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coach and advise managers in HR and business matters, including grievances, formal complaint management and disciplinary matters
- Conduct investigations, ensuring adherence to organisational policies and legislative requirements
- Designing and implementing training and development strategies that align with company goals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational change initiatives to improve outcomes for stakeholders and build a shared sense of direction and culture
- Active coaching of People Managers to enable them to motivate, coach and performance manage team members as necessary
- Actively seek to identify any potential areas for process improvement to HR processes
- Project co-ordination or management from time to time

- Strong business acumen in which you are able to make commercial based decision
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
