Restaurant Manager

Salted Caramel is currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and serve our valued guests. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's operations, including menu planning, event coordination, staff supervision, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with the kitchen team to create customized menus and deliver unique dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.

·        Maintain accurate inventory records and effectively manage stock levels to ensure efficient operations.

·        Coordinate and plan special events, ensuring memorable celebrations and exceptional guest experiences.

·        Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols to create a clean and secure working environment.

·        Actively seek guest feedback and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure guest satisfaction.

·        Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards.

·        Supervise and support the team, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment.

·        Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and maintenance of facilities.

·        Stay updated on market trends and pricing, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability and cost-effectiveness.

·        Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.

·        Implement customer relationship management strategies to build strong and lasting relationships with our guests.

·        Continuously improve service quality by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing appropriate measures.

·        Maintain accurate financial records and report on financial transactions to ensure accountability.

Requirements:

·        Proven experience in a leadership role.

·        Strong knowledge of service operations, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with guests and team members.

·        Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

·        Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·        Ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

·        Applicants must have a Bachelor's (Hons) degree or higher.

·        Applicants must be fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin.

·        Applicants must have 8 years of experience or above in customer-oriented roles.
