We are based in Braeside, and are looking for a Full Time Multimedia Specialist.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, have good communications skills and excellent attention to detail. You will work well on your feet, you are driven, organised and passionate about your work.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

●     Develop and refine 3D models of uniform and workwear products using industry-standard tools, ensuring they closely match the physical items.

●     Optimise and prepare 3D assets for website/ online platform implementation.

●     Integrate 3D models into web platforms using common web development frameworks and JavaScript libraries to facilitate user interaction and engagement.

●     Develop and implement an online customisation tool, employing web technologies and creative design skills to enable user customisation and interaction in real-time.

●     Design and create graphic elements for web interfaces using graphic design software, ensuring they are adaptable for various devices.

●     Perform comprehensive quality assurance testing to ensure multimedia content functions correctly and provides a consistent user experience across different platforms and devices.

●     Produce promotional videos for marketing purposes, ensuring high-quality editing, visual effects, and integration into web and social media platforms.

●     Collaborate with the UI/UX team to enhance website design and user experience, focusing on intuitive navigation and appealing visual design.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

●     At least Diploma in Multimedia, 3D and Animation with most Units in IT.

●     Additional Certificates and Courses in 3D Max/Blender, Adobe Substance Painter, Adobe Premiere Pro are desirable.

Experience:

●     3D Modeling & Texturing: 2+ years with 3D Max and Adobe Substance Painter, with a focus on product visualisation.

●     Interactive Web Development: 3+ years in developing interactive web applications using frameworks.

●     Graphic Design: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for web graphics integration, with 3+ years in graphic design.

●     Video Production: Skilled in creating promotional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, with experience in video editing and web optimisation.

●     QA and Testing: Solid experience in QA and testing multimedia content across various devices and platforms.

●     UI/UX Collaboration: Experience in working with UI/UX teams to improve web design and user experience.

Skills:

●     Advanced skills in 3D modelling software (e.g., 3D Max/ Blender) and texturing software (e.g., Adobe Substance Painter).

●     Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

●     Coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with React, TypeScript, and Redux.

●     Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro) and experience with HTML5 video embedding.

●     Ability to optimise and compress 3D assets using Draco or Basis Universal.

●     Strong understanding of UI/UX principles to suggest and implement improvements.

●     Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

●     Creative thinking and innovative approach to multimedia design and integration.
