The correct mindset:
It's crucial that you understand the business-case needs of our clients from a non-technical aspect, and can effectively read tickets in Jira and execute them correctly. Our ideal applicant will be results-driven, adaptable, work well with a team, manage time and multitask effectively, and communicate clearly and efficiently.

Experience and skills:

Minimum 3 years of backend Drupal experience Knows how to balance multiple tasks at once Knows how to quickly identify what an issue is and a way to solve it Experience with PHP, theme hooks, and preprocessing for template files Producing functional and technical specifications for projects Defining appropriate architecture solutions based on functional and technical requirements Git & Deployment workflows PHP OOP skills Implementing complex web applications, particularly involving systems integration and web services REST and SOAP implementations Testing frameworks like PHPUnit Servers and Infrastructure
