As a Maintenance Fitter you will be required to work within the maintenance team, servicing, troubleshooting and maintaining the manufacturing plant's equipment and production machinery. This is a Permanent Role with plenty of overtime and weekend work available. $$$ based on experience.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor your duties will include:

  • Perform routine and unplanned tasks  
  • General maintenance tasks across the factory 
  • Machinery set up and changes to suit production 
  • Work on multivac machines changeovers
  • Dismantling machines for access for cleaners  

About You

  • Australian Trade qualified Fitter - Will also consider 4th Year Apprentice
  • Have strong communication and troubleshooting skills and be able to follow instructions
  • Must Have Manufacturing industry experience. FMCG Industry experience is highly regarded 
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Must be an Australian Permanent Resident with Full Work Rights
  • Ability to pass a pre employment medical and drug / alcohol screening
