About the role:

  • Assist customers in a range of enquiries from service, sales, logistics and ordering – no one call the same
  • Support Territory and State managers with loading contracts, and complie and analyse data from multiple sources,
  • Utilise your strong Excell skill to build and maintain various reports tailored to different client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer experience, sales and distribution teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Assist customers with online ordering capabilities and provide ongoing support.
  • Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:00PM or 9:00AM – 5:00 PM

 
About you:

  • Proven experience in customer service with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Preferably in a contact centre.  
  • Intermediated proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, V-Look Up, Formulas) is essential.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach to team work is essential – you are able to lean in and support your peers day to day.
  • Professionally presented, and able to work collaboratively and openly with different levels of stakeholders and customers.
