About the Role

Some of the specifics

  • Telstra Store Darwin - Shop 30 Mitchell Centre, 55 Mitchell Street, Darwin NT 800

  • Store Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:30PM, Saturday 9:00AM to 4:00PM, Sunday CLOSED

  • Casual Positions Available

Duties

  • Provide quality customer service to all customers

  • Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.

  • Achieve sales and performance targets

  • Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards


Skills and experience

  • Experience in a customer facing role

  • Proven record of delivering great customer experiences

  • Ability to solve complex problems

  • Effective communication skills

  • Previous experience in a customer facing environment is highly advantageous
