Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and partners to support and optimise network solutions. Evaluate and assisting with the implementation of VXLan to replace OTV between our datacentres. Perform network configurations, including routing, switching, Juniper Switch and Wireless rollout and firewall configuration. Cisco Firewall FTD and Anyconnect upgrades. SD-WAN rollout/support (Velocloud). Implement network security measures and ensure compliance with security policies and best practices. Monitor network health and performance to proactively identify and resolve issues Help support and guide junior engineers and worth in collaboration with Senior Engineers. New site deployments (some travel may be required to Northern QLD).
