Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the execution of the Business Applications initiatives in line with the Microsoft Practice plan to drive sales growth and Solution development across Software and Services.
  • Own the Data#3 Business Applications Services Sales and related targets. Proactively sell Data#3 Business Applications services directly to customers and in conjunction with Data#3 sellers that carry services targets.
  • Identify Business Applications Opportunities and drive the sales process.
  • Contribute to Opportunity Plans for key Business Applications sales engagements.
  • Proactively engage with Microsoft sales staff and product management teams to position Data#3 as a leading partner in helping customers identify and unlock value from their Business Applications investments.
  • Identify new Business Applications opportunities and drive sales activities to meet financial targets.
  • Drive Business Applications focused marketing activity through the development of text and video-based content (with the support of our Digital Producer and Marketing team).
  • Sales enablement of staff nationally of Business Applications solutions and related Microsoft funding programs.
  • Create Presales collateral for use in proposal/tender responses in conjunction with the solution architects.
  • Develop initiatives to maximise rebate attainment from the relevant funding programs.
  • Achieve and maintain vendor certifications.

Key Skills and Experience

  • 5-10 years in selling Microsoft Business Applications solutions and services to clients. 
  • Demonstrated experience in the assessment and communication of the value of Data#3’s solutions to the clients.
  • Sales acumen to manage, qualify and close opportunities to meet and manage sales targets.
  • Demonstrated skills in developing C-level relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry leaders.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills to influence and persuade customers using a broad understanding of all.
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging with customers at all organisational levels.
  • Demonstrated work history of ethical business practice.
