We are on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive Safety Ranger to join us to continue to improve health and safety outcomes across South East Queensland Region.

Join our dedicated Ranger staff and make a meaningful impact by contributing to the long-term sustainability and conservation of the protected area natural and cultural values. In this role you will provide advice on safety strategy and ensure systems and procedures are in place and maintained to provide a safe place of work for all staff within the South East Queensland Region. As the Safety Ranger, you will have the chance to work in a stunning and inspiring environment while actively participating in efforts to safeguard our workplace.
About you
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about Work Health and Safety legislation, regulations, codes of practice and working collaboratively. Your skills will be key in juggling and meeting competing priorities, while your ability to motivate and influence your team will be the key to achieving outcomes in a busy and changing environment.
To be successful in the role, you will also have:
Demonstrated capacity to build strong relationships, work collaboratively and enhance stakeholder relationships. Proactive and resourceful approach in identifying and improving health and safety practices. Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills. Engaging personality with positive communication skills Demonstrated experience in implementing targeted Health & Safety solutions, including policies, procedures and training, across our diverse workforce.What's in it for you?
