About the Role:
As the EL1 Level Business Improvement Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in the Enabling Services Transformation and Improvement Branch with our client.
Reporting to the agency's leadership, you will lead complex projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and staff experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading multiple business improvement engagements.
  • Ensuring project quality management meets required standards.
  • Driving operating model maturity and process uplift.
  • Applying improvement frameworks to achieve better business outcomes.
  • Providing change management support to embed transformations.
  • Drafting various written materials including business cases and plans.
  • Developing strategic communications and engagement plans.

About You:
To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Expertise in business analysis and transformation.
  • Proficiency in developing operating models and transformation roadmaps.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of business architecture.
  • Familiarity with improvement frameworks such as Lean methodologies.

Please note you do need to be an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN for this Federal Government role.
