Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division. Our delivery of high-quality work within the Oil and Gas sector has earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationships with some of the industry's leading operators.
Our Energy division is seeking a Inspection Coordinator. This role will be based in our client’s office in the Perth CBD from Monday to Friday and some ad-hoc offshore travel will be required throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource estimation, work pack build, execution coordination and basic scheduling of topside inspections for offshore platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to assess the integrity of platform structure.
  • Collaboration with facility short, mid and long term planning teams for accurate work scope scheduling.
  • Support and oversee inspections of piping systems, equipment and pressure vessels.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols during inspections, especially in hazardous environments.
  • Review and provide feedback/actions from all vendor and third party compliance reports.
  • Coordinate and arrange vendors.
  • Ensure effective SAP management.

What you will bring

  • Quality assurance/Inspection experience or related fields.
  • Previous experience working in SAP CMMS, strong attention to detail, knowledge of inspection techniques, and experience in offshore operations.
  • Previous work in structural, piping, or vessel inspections. Offshore Oil & Gas assests.
