Role: Solution Architect
Skill Set:-
The Solution Architect/Prinicipal Consultant is responsible for developing any new functionalities / change requests, governing and maintaining a solution architecture to meet project goals, while aligning with target state business strategy.
- 4YRs+ experience in SCADA, WAMS and DER Management systems.
- Experience in Energy Transition domain, Grid Operations and Asset & Actor modelling.
- Working experience of SCADA protocols (IEC104, ICCP), Alarms & event processing, Historian, Network Modelling, CIM framework, Energy Market Operations and control room operations.
- Understanding of GE products – GridOS, AGC, AEMS, Operational Forecasting and Dynamic Security Assessment (DSA).
- Working experience (at least 3-5 years) of GE Products – GridOS, AGC, AEMS, Operational Forecasting
Mandatory Skills:-
- Experience in developing and governing the infrastructure, application and integration patterns and standards as relevant;
- Highly-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including consultation, influencing senior stakeholders;
- Experience negotiating technology / business / investment outcomes and responsibilities with both business representatives and technology service providers;
- Proven experience in contributing to the development of strategic roadmaps and contributing to the development of a technology / digital strategy;
- Experience on the development of business capability models;
- Knowledge of and adherence to change management and quality assurance systems;
- Effective internal and external stakeholder engagement and management.
