The Opportunity

Responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities across various Project teams. This role requires a solid level of accuracy and agility and the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines

Key responsibilities include

·Managing Document Management systems (DMS) for multiple projects.

·Maintaining registers – document and drawing register, work pack register, testing and commissioning registers etc.

·Transmitting of all Design documents and keeping record.

·Create and implement all document Management and Control Procedures.

·Work directly with the Project team to Support day to day document control requirements.

·Create work packs for the constructions team and Maintenance of the construction folder.

·General administration support to the wider project team including filing, printing and other duties as required.

Requirements to be successful

·2-4 years’ experience in a similar role in a project-based environment

·Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Team Builder

·Experience working as a member of an interdisciplinary team would be an advantage

·Ability to manage complex deliverables against strict deadlines.

·Advanced critical thinking and problem solving.
