Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and support interviewers, providing ongoing guidance with the assistance of Field Managers and internal project teams.
  • Assist in managing workforce allocation, ensuring optimal interviewer coverage for each research project.
  • Develop and enhance training materials and implement training for interviewers to ensure high-quality data collection.
  • Maintain regular communication with project staff, management, and other field staff to ensure well-planned and managed projects.
  • Manage field logistics and administrative tasks, including scheduling, onboarding/offboarding, training, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to oversee the production and distribution of field materials.
  • Ensure accuracy and suitability of survey questionnaire, sample management procedures, and workflows impacting field operations.
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities and promptly resolve any issues or queries.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A positive and collaborative attitude, with a passion for working as part of a team.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with statistical tools and their application in research analysis, is an advantage.
