Domain is looking for an experienced Group Product Manager to join our multi-year transformational program and define the crew’s  medium-term product vision, strategy and goals.

This crew leadership role is pivotal in identifying high-value opportunities and translating strategic vision into actionable roadmaps. You will collaborate closely with Principal Product Managers and lead a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, ensuring the successful delivery of product initiatives and overseeing resource management.

The ideal candidate will…

  • Develop and advocate for product strategy, including defining medium-term vision and goals.

  • Manage and mentor the team, ensuring the successful creation of business requirements to deliver the product roadmaps. 

  • Collaborate with leaders across our Product, Commercial, Finance, and Technology divisions to coordinate product launches and enablement.

  • Leverage insights from research, data, and market dynamics to drive product evolution and value creation.

  • Balance business results with customer satisfaction, using feedback to inform product development and strategy.

You have…
The ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • People leadership with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Product management with a strong track record of defining and executing product strategies with measure OKRs

  • Strong background with the End-to-End Commerce Lifecycle and experience with the Salesforce products.

  • Program management with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, roadmaps, and resources effectively.
