Company & Location: 
  
An Australian company that designs and builds its very own low-voltage electrical equipment used within Data Centres, Large Commercial Building Projects, Manufacturing Plants, and more are looking to appoint an Electrical Fitter. 

Located on the North Shore, the position would suit an electrical, and electronic tradesperson who enjoys assembling and repairing low-voltage electrical products. 

  
Daily Tasks:

  • Electrical Fitting for electrical assembly work - large switchboard case and panel metal work. 
  • Review electric CAD designs.
  • Interpret electrical schematics - to then wire and connect the switchboards.
  • Electrical control and power work fitting and build various wires, cables harnesses, and terminations.
  • Wiring and fitting of distribution boards, motor control centers and switchboards).
  • Specific bus bar and control wiring on their latest products.
  • Full-time casual role, 7.30 am to 3.30 pm, then extensive overtime. 
  • Over time available on Saturdays at Double Time.
  • All PPE equipment provided.

  
Hours & Pay:

Monday to Thursday 7.30 am to 3.30 pm, then time & half for 3 hours.
Friday 7.30 am to 1 pm then time & half for 3 hours to double time thereafter. 
Saturday will be paid at time and half for 3 hours then double time
Rates are negotiable but start at $40 per hour including casual loading and super, $55 per hour for time and half, and $70 for double time.
