Spare Parts Interpreter

As a vital member of our busy team, you will be responsible for providing essential support in the identification, procurement, and distribution of spare parts.

On a daily basis, you will
– Interface directly with customers to understand their spare parts needs and provide prompt assistance.
– Foster strong customer relationships through personalised and attentive service.
– Quickly and accurately interpret spare parts requests using available resources, including technical documentation and online databases.
– Work closely with technicians and customers to clarify requirements and provide precise solutions.
– Generate quotes and process spare parts orders efficiently, ensuring minimal lead times.
– Collaborate closely with the sales and logistics team to streamline order fulfillment.
– Keep a close eye on inventory levels, making proactive decisions to prevent stockouts or excess stock.
– Foster strong communication and collaboration with the team
– Participate actively in team meetings to address challenges and streamline processes.
– Demonstrate flexibility to handle the fast-paced and dynamic nature of our business
– Contribute ideas for process improvement and actively participate in implementing changes.

You must have:
– Previous experience in a spare parts or similar role,
– Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in using basic computer systems, databases, and relevant software.

And ideally, be:
– Proactive and self-motivated.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
