About the Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Chatswood & Ryde team on a Casual basis. This position will see you working with patients visiting our clinic, including greeting, registering them for appointments and managing a range of services queries over the phone and online. 

Our clinics are open Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5pm - as a Casual team member you will be rostered to support with a range of shifts during our open hours. This position will provide coverage of planned leave to support the operations across both clinics. 

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
• Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
• Operate our booking system efficiently.
• Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
