The role

Crown is the ultimate destination for dining and hospitality experiences. With a vast array of premium and casual offerings, we have something to suit everyone’s tastes.

We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Chefs to join Crown and support in the delivery of exceptional guest experiences within our Restaurant operations. 

In this role, you will: 

• Support a team of professional Chefs, working in a variety of Crown Melbourne's premium and casual style Restaurants (a la carte or Buffet)
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including prep work and service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• Experience in a fast paced, high-volume commercial kitchen environment. 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a part of a team environment.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
