About Your New Role:

We are excited to offer both Permanent and Casual positions for our new team of passionate Support Workers who are eager to make a positive impact by embracing cultural diversity. You'll have the opportunity to enjoy cultrual events, perfecting your Asian cuisine cooking and utilising your Cantonese and Vietnamese language skills. You'll provide support to help our client navigate challenges and reach his potential. Every day will be different, but your duties may include assistance with personal care, household duties, cooking and medication management. Above all, you will provide companionship and build meaningful, caring relationships.

About You:

  • Experience with personal care, medication management and manual handling
  • Experience with structed routines in complex support environments, including In Home Support and Community Access
  • Can prioritise workloads and respond to emergent situations with ease
  • Can work across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons and nights
