The Position

s Head Chefs – 8 days on, 6 days off (11 hour days) Sous Chefs – 14 days on, 7 days off (10 hour days) Line Chefs – 14 days on, 7 days off (10 hour days)

The Person

Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential) Food safety supervisory certification (desirable) Experience within bulk catering environments Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations Experience in menu writing, rostering and cost control Experience with hygienic work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelines Previous supervisory/management experience (essential for higher level roles)
