As the Business Improvement Lead at Bis, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing business improvement initiatives and strategies. You will work closely with key stakeholders to optimize operational performance, maintain a quality management system, and implement processes, controls, and governance to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead alongside the Business Improvement Manager to problem solve, act, and formulate plans to improve performance. Ensure effective communications with managers and employees is undertaken in a positive and consistent manner. Encourage collaboration across the Company and business group to share best practices and create efficiencies. Use data analytics to identify issues and solve complex problems. Maintain the quality management system, making changes as required to ensure it remains relevant to the current business. What You'll Bring to the Team:
Experience and knowledge of ISO9001 accreditation. Qualifications in the leadership and management field. Leadership experience of at least 2 years. High level of business acumen with business improvement knowledge and experience. Strong problem-solving analytical skills, with an ability to generate pragmatic solutions. Resilience to manage complex relationships, influence, and challenge effectively. Previous experience in operational turnaround projects highly valued. Strong procedural and process writing experience. Ability to navigate ambiguous environments to identify, explore, and solve complex business problems.

Bis own the largest fleet of Underground Hire Equipment in the Coal Mining Industry. We provide casual and long-term hire of run of mine equipment including Load Haul Dump (LHD) Machines, Graders, and Personnel Transporters.
