What you’ll do  

  • Develop and implement processes and strategies to achieve operational excellence, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Leading and contributing to strategy development and performance improvement across the CFC
  • Responsible for developing and nurturing culture, ensuring our customers and team are at the heart of all we do
  • Collaborate with internal and external support teams to improve automation, systems, data, processes and controls that enable improved operations.
  • Lead direct reports in delivering daily throughput, across inbound, decant, pick and despatch volumes to deliver in full and on time to our customers.

What you’ll bring 

  • You’ll be someone who is a passionate Operational leader with strong relationship and team building capabilities, who can drive a Customer 1st and Team 1st culture.
  • Strong Business Acumen to be able to use data and insights to inform decision making
  • A successful track record of operational delivery and building successful teams in a highly visible area of operation
  • Have the ability to build strong relationships with partners throughout the CFC
