The Opportunity
Reporting to the Project Manager, the key purpose of the P2P Trainer is to provide training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to Veolia administrators/buyers and suppliers for all of Veolia’s Purchase Order to Payment (P2P) business processes, systems and technology.
In this role you will adhere to Line of Business requirements and provide tailored training solutions to support business efficiencies, simplicity and the optimum use of our purchasing technology.

What you'll be responsible for

Develop and maintain comprehensive digital training materials for P2P processes, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, quick reference guides, and job aids.

Manage Veolia V-Learning for SAP Ariba, including content updates, training coordination, and ensuring completion of online modules by Veolia administrators/buyers.

Conduct training needs assessments, process mapping, and gap analysis to identify and address training requirements in alignment with Veolia's P2P processes and policies.

Create and implement onboarding procedures for new users, and develop refresher training sessions based on user feedback to ensure ongoing proficiency with SAP Ariba.

Deliver training in accordance with the P2P roadmap and Veolia Accounts Payable team methodologies, while supporting Veolia Group's vision of Ecological Transformation.

Ensure adherence to ANZ legislation, regulatory controls, and Veolia Group CSR Program, while promoting safety policies and sustainable supply chain practices.
What you'll need to be successful

2+ years in a commercial/customer service environment, ideally with tertiary education in business or change management.

Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and SAP systems, particularly SAP Ariba.

Experience in change management, supplier enablement, and working in an industrial environment, with strong presentation skills.

Understanding of P2P (Procure to Pay) fundamentals, vendor Account Payable automation, and relevant experience in Information Services with EDI or cXML knowledge.

Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance and medical check relevant to the role.
