We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Azure Cloud Support Engineer for our Modern RUN practice. As we embark on cutting-edge projects with Tier 1 customers, we're expanding our team and inviting a skilled Cloud Engineer to contribute to our growing success.

In this role, you will work daily on our customer platforms, maintaining their Azure environments. You will also serve as the point of contact for technical support, issue resolution, and incident, problem, and change management. This position requires a talent for problem-solving and process optimization.

Key skills required for success

3+ years of experience in deploying, managing or supporting Microsoft Azure and AWS environments at scale. Strong understanding of AZURE services including (virtual machines, networking, storage and security monitoring) Proficient in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS), with emphasis on integrations (App Services, Containers, Golden Image, Defender for Cloud). Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager templates, and scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI). Experience in building CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) Proficiency in building C/ICD Tooling (GitHub, Terraform IaC, Ansible, or BitBucket) Comprehensive understanding of cloud networking, security, and infrastructure concepts (VNETs, Network Security Groups, routing, firewalls, Express Route) Proficiency in ITSM: managing incidents, requests, change, problems. Experience writing (Post Mortem/PIR) Experience in using ticketing tolls – eg- Jira or ServiceNow Proficiency with Azure foundational services like Storage Accounts, Application Insights, KeyVault, in conjunction with Source Control through Azure DevOps or GitHub. Experience in developing automated build and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, YAML, ARM Templates and PowerShell. Understanding of networking principles and protocols. Experience in managing complex AWS cloud environments, including design, implementation, security and ongoing support. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Strong understanding of cloud operations, and associated technology processes (i.e. patching) Participate in on-call roster and be available after hours to perform scheduled changes
